2. Can users use images, text, or audiovisual materials of Genshin Impact (hereinafter referred to as "Genshin Impact MATERIALS") to carry out re-creation (excluding direct reposting), or post materials on their personal fansite or any other websites?

HoYoverse does not prohibit non-commercial personal use. Additionally, you understand and agree that the rights to all Genshin Impact MATERIALS (such as copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights) have not been transferred to you from HoYoverse and its related obligees, nor should it be regarded as an approval in the legal sense (including implied approval). HoYoverse reserves the right to exercise its rights (including but not limited to the derivative works produced and released based on Genshin Impact MATERIALS). At the same time, it is required to place the HoYoverse legal declaration on such works, such as "© All rights reserved by HoYoverse. Other properties belong to their respective owners."

If the Genshin Impact MATERIALS you use for the re-creation are the character voice-overs/character music, game music or voice samples, etc, please be aware that it is limited to personal non-commercial use, and the above legal declaration shall be stated; and if your use involves the authorization of any voice-over personnel, please acquire confirmation from the said personnel involved yourself. To avoid ambiguity, you are not allowed to sell or distribute (including but not limited to physical albums or digital albums) any musical work containing Genshin Impact music or character music, etc, for commercial use. At the same time, your use shall be in accordance with the terms and regulations of the Terms of Service included in the Genshin Impact project. In addition, due to the limitations of copyright protection on music platforms, HoYoverse reserves the right to request you to remove the content related to Genshin Impact music materials at any time.

Please note that if the content you publish has any negative impact on the Genshin Impact project of HoYoverse, or infringes on the goodwill of the project of HoYoverse in any other ways, HoYoverse reserves the right to pursue liability.

To clarify further, the above does NOT apply to any materials produced by HoYoverse that has not yet been officially published. You are not permitted to publicly share any such materials, even if a legal declaration is included. Please see item 9 in this notice for more on the rules regarding unpublished HoYoverse content.

3. Can users use the official in-game footage of Genshin Impact released by HoYoverse and share it on video websites?

In this regard, we have established the following guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "GUIDELINES"):

• A. In addition to the following special instructions, HoYoverse requires that the use of in-game footage of Genshin Impact must be limited to non-commercial purposes.
• B. You are allowed to create videos, upload videos, live broadcast, and make profits on streaming websites by using in-game footage of Genshin Impact, but only in the methods of monetization specified by HoYoverse, and your content must comply with all relevant specifications as stated in these GUIDELINES. Currently, the methods of monetization specified by HoYoverse are limited to "Partner Programs on YouTube, Twitch or other video and image sharing websites"; any form of profit other than these methods is not permitted.
• C. You shall not imply or declare that your video is associated with, sponsored, or approved by HoYoverse. In addition, if you wish to use in-game footage of Genshin Impact together with the intellectual property rights (such as music) of a third party, you have the responsibility to obtain the authorization from said third party; if you are suspected of infringing the rights and interests of a third party, you are aware that you should handle the dispute independently.
• D. We do not allow any direct reposting without addition of new ideas or opinions. If your video creation contains in-game footage of Genshin Impact, please be sure to add your own creative ideas or opinions. For example, reposting of trailers, soundtracks, gameplay sequences, and art collections are not allowed within the scope of these GUIDELINES. In addition, you may not split our project content into a single piece of material for profit (such as visuals, audio, in-game elements, etc.). At the same time, without prior written permission from HoYoverse, you are not allowed to sell any video, music, or images created by using in-game footage of Genshin Impact or make commercial donations, nor authorize the content you create to any third party in any form for any benefit.
• E. HoYoverse reserves the right to remove any content that we consider illegal, infringing, inappropriate, non-compliant with the GUIDELINES, and/or non-compliant with our end user license agreement/service agreement. F. Please note that the above GUIDELINES for using in-game footage of Genshin Impact are only applicable to individual creators. It is not intended to be, and should not be regarded as explicit permission, official permission, or authorization for you to use the copyrighted content of HoYoverse to create derivative works.
• G. We will update the GUIDELINES from time to time. Please refer to the latest version of these GUIDELINES before publicly sharing any video content created based on in-game footage of Genshin Impact. Failure to comply with the GUIDELINES may result in HoYoverse taking action to take down your video content. Please note that these GUIDELINES are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to reject any use of Genshin Impact MATERIALS and to remove any unsettling content at our sole discretion.
